Daniell Steel's AMAZING Grace Episode #3

We left off just after one of the largest earthquakes in San Francisco's history.  There was a charity benefit being held where a beautiful teen pop star, Melanie has just begun to sing....the rocking of the room...the crashing of everything around them....all of the city grew dark.  People were told to move to the shelter up the street.  Sister Maggie helped as many as she could, then made her way to "the other side of town", where she knew not much help would be.  Surprisingly, she found that her people there were not too bad off.  The reporter she met that night took a lot of pictures of her and the surrounding area with the high hopes that there would be a great story in it for him.
