In 2004, he launched the website Angels & Ghosts in order to better study ghosts and spirits. By using the submissions he received from around the world, Louis began comparing potential evidence shared in stories, images, videos, and audio recordings. He also worked with countless others on field tests, investigations, and experiments in spirit communication in an attempt to sort the false away from the real. For the book Helping Ghosts, Louis conducted investigations with different paranormal groups and psychics to further test theories about ghosts, also evaluating metaphysical concepts he found enlightening.
