Are you trying to make changes in your life, yet find yourself digging deeper into a hole? Do you often think "why does this happen to me"? Are you looking for happiness in all the wrong places?

The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life: How to Get Through Life’s Holes Without Getting Stuck in Them! is a book about resiliency. Using Swiss Cheese as a metaphor for life itself, you will explore ways to get through life's holes without getting stuck in them.

The book's co-author, Judy Belmont, is a psychotherapist, wellness speaker and self-help author. She has been accepted into both The National Speakers Association and The American Society for Journalists and Authors.

Judy holds a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College.
