On this planet fear is rampant and many of us think we must control people, places and things. When we realize our own power, we can use that power to make change. When we try to control outcomes, we become codependent, thinking we have everyone’s answers. Today we will be looking at examples of controlling people and learn how to step into our own power.
Ask yourself the following to see if you are controlling:
1. What is causing you to do this behavior?
2. How does this behavior make you feel?
3. What are you wanting or trying to feel?
4. How is this behavior contributing to my life, my joy my greatness
