Hollywood actor Jim Meskimen’s interview continues today.  We discuss 3 important topics: The Human Voice, MOCAP and HAIRY FINGERS.

Jim deconstructs the human voice from his view as an actor, impressionist and audiobook director and the nuance of isolating key elements to recreate a real person or create a new character.   MOCAP – its effect and challenges. And Spandex. And your joints! Then last but not least – HAIRY FINGERS and FINGER WIGS, which you can only understand if you listen!

He’s been called “Comedy’s Impressions Genius”.  Jim Meskimen is an accomplished actor, improviser and voice artist whose work is well-known to TV and film and gaming audiences. He has worked with director Ron Howard on five of his films including Apollo 13 (1995), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) and Frost/Nixon (2008). His mother is Golden Globe and Emmy-nominated actress Marion Ross of "Happy Days" iconic fame.
