Passion Behind the Praise

Claudia McLain is an extremely talented working actress, who is actively pursuing a career in performing arts, and is also earning her Master's Degree in Elementary Education. In July 2010, Claudia McLain was featured in a TV Documentary called Models vs. Actors, which is Part 4 of the Live From Midtown Documentary Series (LFM), DISH Network Channel 9407. Claudia is also featured as Shimmer Woman, “Agent Franz” in the new webseries, DOMINION, and a supporting character in 4 other 2011 Indie films, along with on-going theater work, dance performances, and commercial modeling. Claudia is also versatile in her ability to work "behind the scenes" as needed. She was the casting director and assistant stage manager during the production of the classical play, Day of Absence, through Revelations Performing Arts Center, which also aired on the NYC TV network station, BCAT, for 2 weeks For Halloween '10, Claudia McLain performed in Sleepy Hollow’s, Horseman Hollow Haunted Show as “Vampiress Ophelia”, which has had Sold Out shows and has received several press reviews, including the NY Times. 

"Despite losing my beautiful mother 2 years ago on Mother's Day and also on my daughter's 5th birthday. I have been blessed to be given a spirit of determination. My mom passed away doing what she loved, which was working in her yard and unfortunately had an asthma attack. Although, she was gone too soon at the age of 56. She inspired me throughout my whole life to be passionate, hard-working, full of love and integrity, and also to try and be a blessing to others, especially those less fortunate.”
