Loretta McNary Live is a premier blog talk radio show created for an empowered, active, and diverse TV, radio, social media and online listening audience.

Today our guests are Gloria Loring & LaDonna Gatlin. Gloria Loring is the recording artist of the #1 hit song Friends and Lovers; co-composer of television theme songs Diff’rent Strokes and Facts Of Life; an audience favorite as “Liz Chandler” on Days Of Our Lives; spokesperson for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; the author of five books benefitting people with diabetes; a keynote speaker for corporations and non-profits; and one of few artists to sing two nominated songs on the Academy Awards.

As a performer, she toggles from classic rock to standards, from Broadway to pop, in clubs, performing arts centers, symphonies, and casinos. She’s starred in movies of the week, television specials, and theatrical productions, including a national tour of Anything Goes. And she is a cerified yoga instructor!

LaDonna Gatlin is the sister of the legendary Gatlin Brothers and a National Speaker Association Hall of Famer. She brings her "family over fame" story to hundreds of thousands of people as an active member of the National Speakers Association and has earned its highest professional designation, the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). In July of 2005, LaDonna was one of five speakers (and the only woman that year) inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame (CPAE Council of Peers Award for Excellence), a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism.

Her book is entitled THE SONG IN YOU: Finding Your Voice, Redefining Your Life By LaDonna Gatlin & Mike Marino.
