On the March 21st broadcasting of the Loisirslit Radio Program we will be showcasing some of our city’s brightest movers and shakers. Our guest today include Suzanne Pfefferle, a native New Orleanian, who is freelance writer, film producer, and author. She is an editorial assistant for Pine Chemicals Review, and also handles circulation, copyediting, and graphic design for Sugar Journal - both of these magazines are international trade publications. Her work has appeared in such magazines as Where Y'at Magazine, New Orleans Living, Louisiana Cookin', Sugar Journal, Where - New Orleans, and Travelhost - New Orleans.  Pfefferle's first documentary, 'Vietnamese Cuisine in New Orleans,' debuted on WYES on October 14th, 2012. Following a trip to Viet Nam, she began conducting research for this project. She is an avid traveler who has also visited India, Jamaica, Egypt, and Cuba. Her next stop is Colombia.  She is currently conducting research for her next film, which will explore the Latino culture in New Orleans. Pfefferle is also writing a book, Vietnamese Cuisine in New Orleans, for Pelican Publishing Company.

Additionally, we have the honor of chatting Dr. Eric D. Griggs, who is the CEO of RMDS Aesthetics & Med Spa and Research MDs Family Practice and Clinical Research Center in Mid-City New Orleans.
