Dr. Ron Owens is a life coach, phD psychologist, and president and founder of the National Association of Life Coaches and Trainers (NALCT), based in Norcross, Georgia. Ron's passion is helping retired people and empty-nesters adjust to the changes in their lives and careers. He also trains and certifies new life coaches.
In this interview, Dr. Ron will go over Modules 1 & 2, i.e., What is Life Coaching? and The Types of Life Coaching. He will also share with Michael the basics of life coaching, and how you can get started as a life coach. He points out that anyone with a sincere desire to help others can learn the basic skills, get certified, and start a life coaching business that can be both financially and emotionally rewarding.
This interview is part of a 13-Module Series of Basic Life Coach training interviews with Dr. Ron that can lead to certification with the NALCT. The Series ends Sept. 4th.
