Dr Flangan is the author of the first and bestselling book published in the 1970's, PYRAMID POWER. He  was the person who coined and  promoted the term "pyramid power" and was responsible for the pyramid craze in the 70's and 80's and even today. He is also the inventor of the neurophone, which allows deaf people to hear and works by bypassing the audio nerves and sending the signals directly to the brain. Involved in many top level projects including communications with dolphins and brain wave studies, Patrick also invented as a high school science project a device to detect Russian Missile Launches which was classified. Dr. John's mentor and research colleague, he wrote the Introduction to Dr. John's first book on the pyramids, Decoding the Pyramids, published by Barnes and Noble.
