The all-volunteer group, founded in 2002 by retired Federal Agent Kelly Snyder, now numbers more than 200 plus experts in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, all of whom donate their services on cold cases and unresolved disappearances.
Members include vetted intuitive consultants in virtually all disciplines, retired law enforcement professionals, and a sister group, Arizona Search Track and Rescue (AZSTAR). A volunteer group of skilled search and rescue personnel with certi- fied and highly trained search dogs in the disciplines of: airscent, trailing, water, evidence, cadaver and human remains detection.
