Tracey McLeod Bio

Much of Tracey’s professional life was spent in media: radio, TV, online and with print giants.  In a short time period Tracey was faced with the death of the people who raised her, a 28 year relationship ending and a 20 year career coming to a close with a layoff. What started out as some of the darkest days ended up taking Tracey on a journey of self-discovery which she is now thankful for.  Believing that our pain is our power Tracey chose to write Construction Zone for Women for 40+ sharing the roadmap that took her dark to light. Once completing this book she was amazed at the synchronicities that started to unfold. Tracey went on to achieve the Master level of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ Techniques, Master Coach and Hypnosis Trainer. Today Tracey speaks from stage sharing her story while inspiring others to step into their awesome. Excellence Unlocked is a business that was born out of this and from which trainings, workshops, retreats, one on one and coaching are all possible. One of the mantras Tracey is most passionate about it is, “Lock Arms and Rise Together”, a mantra that she lives every day.
