I am a Certified Health Coach and Life Strategist. I am grateful to be living an extraordinary life today but that truly was not the case 11 years ago. In 2002 my 13 year marriage and 15 year acting/modeling career came to a complete halt. It was unexpected and I found myself with no money, no assets, about to turn 40, and a self image in the dumps! After dealing with the sadness and anger, I chose to put my chin up and "make lemonade out of lemons". I reinvented myself at 40. While working with an amazing mentor, I pursued my passion which is helping others create extraordinary health, wealth, and relationships in their lives. It IS possible at any age! I am inspired and encouraged by my clients on a daily basis and am blessed to be part of their transformation.
