SARA KUY isn't a stranger to survival and the courage it takes to survive an terrifying time. As a child, Sara was raised during the reign of terror inflicted upon the citizens of Cambodia in the Killing Fields. Amid the wickedness of mankind, there were miracles she experienced along the way in her young life. Moreover, Kuy's strong passion and gift to help people led her to the United States, where she continued her education to become a doctor. She has always strived to make life better for the people she encounters, both through her profession as a podiatrist in Houston and now through her talents as a writer and speaker. Thanks to the tremendous hardships Kuy and her family overcame, she is no longer afraid of failure. With each setback came a new lesson that she has used to improve upon.
