Taigen Dan Leighton, Soto Zen priest and Dharma teacher from San Francisco Zen Center, now teaches at Chicago’s Ancient Dragon Zen Gate. He wrote Faces of Compassion and four other books, and co-translated many major Zen texts. Taigen has a Ph.D. from Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, where he teaches online.

Dr. Rudolph Tanzi is a Professor of Neurology at Harvard University and Mass General Hospital. Dr. Tanzi leads the Alzheimer’s Genome Project and has developed several promising therapies. He has received numerous research awards, published over 450 research articles, and co-authored the New York Times Bestseller, “Super Brain”. Dr. Tanzi also records keyboards with Aerosmith.
