Today the ladies will discuss Day 6 of Change Your Life in 30 Days. The topic is; Stretch, Risk, or Die. Rhonda Britten created this exercise to help us gain perspectivre on the chanllenges that confront us. It helps identify the fears that keep you stuck, by labeling each potential action outside your confort zone as a stretch, risk or die. The more fear associated with an action---with stretch representing the least amount of fear and a die the most---the more vulnerable you will feel and the more reactive your behavior might be.
