Independent Music w/ Belle Rivera

Amabel Rivera is a 23-year-old young woman with an old soul. Born to parents Juan and Angelica Rivera, November 25th, 1988, in Rancocas Hospital in Willingboro, NJ, she has truly been a musical sensation ever since. At six months old, her mother realized she could hum tunes, but it was with the passing of her grandmother when she was three that made music apart of Amabel’s life forever.
Music was not just an outlet for her creativity; it was a lifestyle. Singing was the first step in this artist’s career. The first song she sung was with her grandmother; “I will always love you,” by Whitney Houston, to this day it still is one of Amabel’s beloved tracks to listen to on her ipod. The song is not just a beautiful musical composition, but it reminds her of how much her grandmother is missed and thanks to her, music is now a daily routine in her everyday simple life. Later she would study music by Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, BoyzIIMen, and Spanish artists like Marc Anthony, Frankie Negron, and La India. By mastering covers by singers of different genres, Amabel began introducing herself to her own style, which today she claims is eclectic; being that she loves every type of music.
