Former NFL wide receiver Willie Gault, who helped lead the Chigaco Bears to victory in Super Bowl XX, may no longer grace the gridiron, but he’s still a force to be reckoned with on the homefront. “I love doing landscaping. I grew up doing stuff like that. My father could do just about anything. He could build houses, do the plumbing; he did mechanic work,” he tells host Tanya Memme. “Watching him taught me a lot. And now I’m able to handle myself around the house. I can do all the small stuff you usually have to call a handyman for. Well, I’m the handyman. And my wife always looks at me and says, ‘You can’t do that.’ And I think, Hmmm, I’m gonna show you. And the next thing you know, it’s done. Then I go, ‘OK, see that?’ But she never reponds!”
