Where Is Jack Berry, Jr.?
Jack Berry, Sr., His Dad and My Special Guest 11/27/2013 at 6:30pm EST will discuss the disappearance of his 33 year old son.
Details of the Case:
On December 16, 2008 Jack Berry, Jr from Terra Haute, Indiana traveled to Brent England's house to retrieve two guns that he gave to him to hold in safe keeping. England admitted that Berry had been at his home but that the guns were pawned. Berry used his cell phone at 12:16 pm on 12/16/2008 and was never seen again. His vehicle showed up near The Wabash River. England was questioned and blood was found in the trunk of England's red Saturn sports car. England claimed that Jack had hurt his leg and was bleeding in his trunk when they went turkey hunting.
In 2009 England was arrested and charged with Berry's murder. In 2010 England was found Not Guilty due to a technicality of blood evidence disclosure. Berry's body has never been found.
