I have been on both ends of the weight loss struggle--- I have followed diets, counted calories, both hated and loved my scale, eaten waayyy too much cabbage soup and tried different supplements to increased weight loss.

I have also worked a as Hypnotherapist helping others with their struggle to lose weight or keep at a healthy weight without falling into unhealthy patterns of behavior.

So..now over 25 lbs down and feeling great--how did i do it!!
