Today on Lighten Up with Jen and Cheri they are sharing their experiences and the emotional upheaval that came into their lives following the release of a policy the LDS Church has in their handbook. Without getting into the right or wrongness of the policy the ladies are sharing the awareness that came from the policy, there is a big difference!
With a focus on Love and how we can misunderstand and misapply it within our own psyche these ladies are revealing how easy it is to take words, even when they are well meaning, and through our own personal filters of experience, use those words to damage our self worth and the value of our lives!
