Running on Empty

The book of Matthew is one of the gospels in which we see the life of Christ on earth. It is in these gospels we see Christ illuminate who he is to the people, especially to his disciples who often ask him questions and in response to their questions he gives them answers in which they can understand heavenly things with earthly examples. In chapter 24 the disciples want to know the signs of the times and end of the age. They want to know what are the signs of his coming and end of age? Jesus begins to tell them of the many way man will deceive them and what to look for. He goes on to tell them that no one knows the day or the hour, therefore watch and be ready.
