With 24 hour access to social media, stars like Kanye West, Miley Cyrus and Terrell Owens have much more control over their own images and brands than ever before. Gone are the days where these celebrities public relations reps are totally controlling the narrative. It is a requirement to become much more of a fixer like an Olivia Pope than a high powered executive on Madison Avenue.
