Newness of Life and how to Begin /Activation.

We all understand  the term that" life is what you make it"but is this true or not ,is it just a saying or can we associate it with our own lives, wheter or not we believe it one thing is for sure we are in charge of our lives and make decisions  that will affect us in the demonstration  of our affairs. Most of the time we completely follow the guidance of our thoghts, that allows us to act  and believe in ourselves . As life responds to us we learn which is benifical and non-benifical. often when others try to guide us in the right direction , we still do our best to confirm from the inner direction within. This is what is called our intuitive guidance. But where does this come from and how are we able to correspond with it?.
