The principle outline for this Class/Study is for everyone to identify with the negative and positive self, and come to the awareness that they can change any self destructive thought, and attitude. Being aware that any thought held in mind for any purpose will demonstrate at that level accordingly. Be it Negative or Positive. Becoming Self Aware means to have a deeper introspection of your being, and have a creative field from which to work on yourself. This allows your true identify to manifest in your daily life, which will bring about your demonstrations accordingly to your self-conscious thoughts. Projecting daily on habits, attitudes, and attributes will give you the choice to choose beneficially at every given moment the need arise to make a decision. If this continues the process of thoughts will benefit from being self aware.
