Become a High Performance Instructor- Part 2

The first step to becoming a high performance instructor, is to become an incredible researcher. Today, people throw around the idea that being a lifelong learner is the key to success. I would take this a step further and suggest being a researcher is even more critical. Now I am not talking about the mad scientist in the lab, but a solid, time proven strategy for how to become an expert in your field or topic.
