Learning how to respond to prophecy-Apostle E. Cooper-ELRC

  God sent a word to his prophet to warn Israel the Northern region and Judah the Southern region about their wicked ways and that they are in direct line for His judgement if they continue in that way. 

   When the word came to them their response was more on the line of indignation than on repentance. Only the remnant of people that would take heed to the prophecy, repent and turn back to the Lord would be saved. God was about to do something that had not been done on them before in the past. He was about to turn their worst enemy the Syrian army, one of the badest armed forces in the region on them to destroy them ... but all they had to do is turn back to the Lord.

It is important that we respond to prophecy... the word of God, (from His leaders) the correct way. With every action ther has to be a reaction. Make sure that you react to God's sent word the correct way. If the call is to repent-repent; if the call is to worship-let your worship be for real and not after the Heathens...
