Barack Obama's executive order on immigration represents the most serious constitutional crisis since Watergate. Never before has a president shown such open contempt for Congress and the separate branches of government. Once the public would expect humility from a president whose party was destroyed in the recent mid-term elections. Instead we get unconstitutional overreach. That Obama is a Machiavellian power grabber with a hard-left agenda is a given. The question is, what will a divided GOP on Capitol Hill do about it?
