In the thirty-seventh episode, Todd, Jim and their guest panelists pro-Liberty activist and occasional Free Talk Live host Michele Seven and pro-free market/loftian Michael Eugene Hoskins discussed the GOP-Democratic tax sham disguised as a "tax cut" package, Obama signing the tax bill into law, Republicans and Democrats divided over the tax cut deal, Obama and his wife Michelle pushing new law allowing the federal government to mandate government schools to serve "healthy" school lunches for kids, Julian Assange's bail being paid for by Michael Moore, Hustler founder Larry Flynt donating $50,000 to WikiLeaks' Defense Fund, embassy cable showing that Cuban government banned Michael Moore's movie Sicko for showing its "excellent" health care system, Wal-Mart being hit with a class action lawsuit in the amount of $1.6 billion for refusing to promote women and paying them equally, Bradley Manning being kept in the most inhumane conditions, and Joe Lieberman pushing YouTube to censor videos that are "too extreme" or "too radical."

[*Note: Former LP Alabama LP Gubernatorial candidate Loretta Nail didn't show up for some reason, so it was a no-go with her. Panelist Rick McLastnom couldn't do the show because of a family matter he had to deal with. I lost my Internet connection at 6:12 p.m. EST which lasted until 6:19, and I was able to get back on without any worries, although I had Michael on the air via me Skyping him in. Thanks to Jim and Michelle for keeping the show entertaining. Overall, great show!]
