In the twenty-seventh episode, Todd, Jim, and their panelists pro-Liberty/pro-Agorist commentator and activist Sovereign Curtis, Keene, New Hampshire's pro-Liberty activist and libertarian Democrat Andrew Carroll, and Honorary Panelist and Free Talk Live executive producer Jason Osborne discussed the passage of ObamaCare with a vote count of 219-212, Bart Stupak's flip-flopping on the bill due to abortion, state attorney generals filing a class-action lawsuit and taking it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, the alleged death threats and spitting on congresscritters over the new law, Real Time host Bill Maher calling for Democrats to treat Republicans the way Tiger Woods treated his mistresses, WikiLeaks releasing the military murders a.k.a. Todd, Jim, and the panelists interviewed Savannah Last Biscuit's Momma Ally for 57 minutes from 11:15 p.m. EST to 12:12 a.m. EST about her underground restaurant and its origins, her refusal to get a business license and agree to incorporate her enterprise, the state's incessant push to close down her business, and updates on her dealings with the state.

[*Note: The show was fantastic, and the energy was strong. The panelists were great as ever! Momma Ally did a great job. The chatroom was dead though. Extended edition of the show is also included.]
