In the fourteenth episode, Todd, Jim, and their panelists pro-Liberty activist Jessica Geary, Free Keene, NH pro-Liberty/civil disobedience activist Cassidy Nicosia, and Ron Paul supporter and pro-Liberty activist Darryl W. Perry discussed ObamaCare mandating people to accept the government's socialized health insurance disguised as the "consumer option," the conservatives' opposition to holding 9/11 Trials in New York City, and former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani's opposition to the trials.

Todd, Jim, and their panelists interviewed former Libertarian Party of Nevada Chairman Jim Duensing for 60 minutes from 11:10 p.m. EST to 12:10 a.m. EST on the Las Vegas cops tasing and shooting his person and his take on the rise of the police state.

[*Note:Cassidy Nicosia had to leave immediately after the interview because her cell phone was dying, so she was unable to stay for the duration of the show. She will be back on for a longer show hopefully. Due to a technical difficulty on my end (my computer froze up on me), the show started 7 to 8 minutes late, so the show had to continue past the time of its ending at 1 a.m. Jim and I spoke for a few minutes about what's on schedule for the show in the next month and a half. I mentioned that Jim would be hosting the December 4th show, and that the show would be off the air for a month because of the holidays. I also said that the show would return on January 9th.]
