In the twelfth episode, Todd, Jim, and their guest panelists Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) pin-up model and pro-Liberty activist Amber Danelle, pro-Liberty cartoonist/artist Scott Bieser, and pro-Liberty security guard and law enforcement expert Eddie Luetge discussed the assault and shootings of former Libertarian Party of Nevada Chairman Jim Duensing, the government schools pushing the H1N1 vaccinations, the AMA and AARP backing House version of ObamaCare, the resignation of Lousiana Justice of the Peace Keith Bardwell for refusing to marry an interracial couple, CNN reporting the fall of the number of jobless claims, CNN reporting whether the Obama stimulus plan has created new jobs, and Glenn Beck chumming up with PETA President Ingrid Newkirk on the subject of eating beef and meat causing Global Warming
