Dale Bradshaw, "Mr." Barbizon USA

Affectionately known as "Mr. Dale", he is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the St. Louis Conservatory of Music with degrees in Business Administration, Mass Communications and a minor in Piano performance. Has over 17 years pageant experience, both in the judging, preparation and coaching fields. Mr. Bradshaw served on the State Board of the Miss Maryland Scholarship Organization as Business Manager and most recently as President.His judging experience covers numerous children, teen ,Miss and Mrs. pageant systems throughout the U.S. and abroad, including many nationals. His pageant motivational workshop “The Cinderella H.O.P.E.”” (Helping Others Pursue Excellence) has won national acclaim. Mr. Bradshaw currently serves as the Executive Director of a local Teen/Pre-Teen and Princess preliminary to Miss Va.

Currently he is the regional Director of Talent Auditions, Competitions and Placement for all Barbizon USA Modeling, Acting and Talent schools and is a noted national in-demand lecturer for the public school systems.

He also works with talent management agents and acting agencies in the placement arena as a Director for the International Modeling and Talent Association. Mr. Bradshaw is also the Business Owner of Masterpiece Talent, dedicated to combining image,communication, and artistic opportunities to bring power to this generation.. Most recently,he was chosen as SuperModel magazine’s“10 Most Beautiful Industry Professionals”  and was featured on their 2011 front cover as a Super Role Model for today’s youth. 

And if all that wasn't impressive enough, Mr. Bradshaw was also a stand in for Chuck Norris!
