Actor, writer, vocalist Charles Vienn has put a new face on hip hop that children and adults can appreciate with the creation of his character Baby Issac and more recently Disco Joe. These animated charcters are part of his creation that make up his genius of a creation, Uplift Comics (UC). UC seeks to instill positive values and positive self esteem in today's youth
