We often go through life, excited and motivated for BIG results 

But, we want the results now

You can't show up weak and destructive in your body, relationships, and business for years

Then one day decide that you are a changed man

And expect the results you say you WANT just like that

It is your life, but you cant have it know, you can decide to change it, then take action
