Veteran radio talkmeister Chuck Morse launches his weekday live stream talk program on BlogTalkRadio with the contention that talk radio is dead. " I realized that the old model, the radio station with the stick in the ground, was dead when my teenage daughter told me that no one she knows in her age group listens to radio or even owns a radio" notes Morse. Young people, and growing numbers across the board listen to talk online either by means of live streaming or by podcast. Indeed online radio and satellite radio are now available in most cars and on smart phones.

Morse argues that the new online talk is appropriate for a society of independent businessmen. The talk show host can build his audience through social networking, blogging, and by linking and promoting both the live stream and the podcast. "In my case, notes Morse, the live stream and the podcast are supported by a 10K member social network, by my books which are available at Amazon Kindle and by my TV show which is created at the Boston Neighborhood Network and is downloaded to YouTube.

Morse is building his own media empire online as he offers his books, both spot and banner advertisements, and paid interviews by which his guest/expert recieves both a live interview and a podcast.

Chuck Morse Speaks broadcasts live Mon - Fri 10am- Noon ET on BlogTalkRadio. The podcast is archived on Podomatic, iTunes and Stitcher. Books are available at Amazon Kindle and the TV show is available on YouTube. Chuck can ve reached at (617) 271-5044 or at chuckmorse4@gmail.com
