Navigating Life’s Roadways

Deborah L. Parker is an author and speaker who believes in using the wits and gifts that God gave her to be of service to others professionally and personally. Also an army veteran, she is  Chief Inspirer of The DPJ Training Group, a motivational speaking, leadership and personal development company. A person of faith, she was raised by a determined single mother in the home of her wise grandparents, who planted in her the importance of a strong value system. Building on this background along with her education and experiences as a corporate manager, Deborah has authored four nonfiction books, spreading her practical and inspiring messages that speak to life’s setbacks and triumphs. 

One  is her motivational memoir entitled, Navigating Life’s Roadways: Stories of Insight from My Odyssey and Inspiration for Your Journey, released in July 2011. In her 2 book Life is A Review: Observations and Collections of My Passages Through the Times, released in June 2012, Deborah invites readers to browse her 25 year compilation of essays, blogs, speeches and poems. 

Her 3 book, For People of Strength, Soul, and Spirit: Seven Guidelines for Life & Career Success (October 2012) focuses on goal achievement based on cultural foundations of the African American community. And her latest 4 book is, Hardcore Leadership: 11 Master Lessons from My Airborne Ranger Uncle’s “Final Jump” (February 2013), which chronicles the in charge persona and legacy of her late uncle with life mission takeaways for readers.
