Dr. Barnsley Brown is a self-proclaimed “steel magnolia” in a long line of strong Southern women.  She taught at Wake Forest University, Duke, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before starting her own business, Spirited Solutions Professional Speaking and Coaching, over twelve years ago. 

Dr. Barnsley loves helping busy professionals, women, and business owners who want to have more time, energy, and money right now!  She is an active member of the prestigious National Speakers Association, the American Society of Training and Development, and a number of other professional organizations.  She is also an ordained Interfaith Minister and has taught the Reiki Method of Natural Stress and Pain Relief in five countries across the globe.
