A good deal of our work as leaders takes place through conversations – in meetings, in hallways, on the phone, etc. Often the most important discussions are the most challenging: A lot is at stake, people have differing views and priorities, yet somehow we need to resolve these differences and take action. Often, these discussions do not go quite as we had hoped. For over 30 years, he has helped organizations transform their cultures and business results using a breakthrough approach to pivotal conversations. Bill’s firm, ChangeWise, provides Leadership Agility coaching, which includes a focus on pivotal conversations.
