Cedric founded Budget Blinds of Fulshear in October 2014 after spending more than 19 years working in Information Technology.  Prior to launching a Budget Blinds franchise, he has maintained a thriving career with IBM Corporation for more than 11 years and also spent 2 years with Dell Computers, just to name a few.  Cedric’s excitement for entrepreneurialism was induced by his experiences in the corporate workforce and foundation in military leadership principals.

Throughout his career, Cedric has always maintained close ties with Military service members as recognition of his own personal journey to succeed in life. Cedric attributes his success to the sound leadership principals which were fostered through his service in the U.S. Marine Corps and a strong work-ethic which was instilled by his parents.

Cedric believes that his military experience enabled him to achieve his goal of leading and managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed organizations in Fortune 500 companies.   Cedric is confident that this experience will also translate into operating a very successful Budget Blinds franchise.

Cedric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). In 2006, Cedric was named, “Modern Day Technology Leader” by Career Communications Group, Inc.
