Laurie Beth Jones invites Shelley Leith to discuss Makeovers

Laurie Beth is excited to have Shelley Leith join the show today.  Shelley is the co-author of Character Makeover: 40 Days with a Life Coach to Create the Best You,  and the author of a companion study for teenagers called Head-to-Soul Makeover: Helping Teen Girls Become Real in a Fake World.  She is a popular speaker on the topics of character, self-esteem, life mission statements, and motherhood. 

For eight years she was on staff at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., where she developed the world-renowned 40 Days of Purpose Campaign that has been used in more than 30,000 churches in the U.S.  Now she has her own consulting business, specializing in publishing, marketing and product launch strategies.

Shelley earned a business degree from Biola University, where she met and married her husband Greg 31 years ago.  They have five children who are progressing through Biola.  Author Shelley Leith’s favorite reality show is American Idol – she just wishes she was young enough to audition!
