Miss Lafalot and Giggle Girl join in to clap, chant, stretch, and move while we giggle and guffaw our way to better health, greater joy and a sense of peace. In this session, we do laughter exercises as we pretend to go "Trick or Treating", wear some fun costumes, eat some giggle treats and play like children. Join in and spread the happy-demic!
