Ryan verbal tantrums from the President Obama

Ryan said the budget House Republicans are proposing would spare people 55 and over from cuts in programs like Medicare.

You know, we’ve gotten kind of used to this sort of verbal tantrums from the president. To me it’s a little more petulance than presidential.
