Chase Karnes graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His philosophy is simple: He believes that whether you’re an elite athlete, soccer mom, or family doctor you should have access to the most recent developments in exercise, health and nutrition science. Through Argonauts Fitness, Chase has worked in the exercise and nutrition arena for over 6 years. He has hands-on experience working with athletes of numerous sports from the most basic level to collegiate athletes, strength and physique athletes along with general population clients. Chase is a regular contributor to WannaBeBig and Elite FTS. He has also contributed to Testosterone Muscle. Chase designed the 2010 training programs for the STACK Magazine – Gatorade Performance Center, covering Football, Soccer, Baseball and Cross Country. Chase is also a competitive athlete himself previously competing in NPC Bodybuilding and Powerlifting (holding a National record for Junior Men with a 1330 Raw Total). He currently competes in North American Strongman competitions and is a National Level Competitor. Loacted in Paducah, KY he has worked or consulted with clients from numerous states and even internationally.
