Top 3 Tips for HEALTH

Tip #1:  Make sure you get at least 7 hours sleep a night

Tip #2:  If you want to lose weight don’t diet – eat healthy food!

Tip #3 :  Keep moving, humans aren’t meant to sit on their backsides all day, we’re designed to walk/run 3-5 miles a day which equals 10,000 steps!
