About Leo Hayes If the quality of any performer is to stand above all others it is the ability to involve the audience with the music and presentation. It is this quality that makes Leo Hayes such an extraordinary performer. Receiving his first guitar as a gift from his Mother, Leo learned to play and write Music at the age of thirteen, Inspired by his Grandfather who was a musician. Leo is now thirty-five years old, married, and the father of three children. After three years of Military service following High School, this Northwest native has continued his music career developing his skills as a singer, songwriter, and performer. Today Leo is an Entertainer whose talent, look and versatility place him in a category attained by few others. Leo captivates his audience with his musical diversity, style and phenomenal stage presence. This combination of attributes makes Leo Hayes a marketable artist. Pursuing his profession, Leo moved to Nashville in December of 1995 where he worked with Gatlin Brothers Music Producers Randy Hauser and Mike Smith. In conjunction with his developing recording career, Leo continued to work as a performing artist with guest spots on Radio, Television, and other live performances including an appearance in August 1997 for the 20th Anniversary at Graceland. In early 1998, Leo recorded his first Album, Leos airplay in Europe won him the number 92 spot in February 2000 Top 150 most played artists. Released in April 2000 is Leos album entitled Foolin Around which was recorded in Nashville at Magic Tracks Studio. His latest Album Just looking at you is currently enjoying airtime on 102.9 KMNT FM throughout the Northwest. Leos achievements include opening for country music legend Jerry Reed and nationally known comedians Williams & Ree AKA the Indian & the White guy & most recently in August 2002 for Country music superstar, Aaron Tippin.
