What Are You Waiting For with Lissa & Randy Boles

Known as the True Callings Coaches™, Lissa and Randy are graduates of the Institute of Integrative Coaching at JFK University. Lissa is the only Canadian awarded all three advanced professional designations of Master Life Coach, Master Teleclass Facilitator and Master Workshop Leader, and Master Life Coach Randy was invited join the Institute as Lead Staff Coach from 2004 to 2005. Her easy conversational style, love of inspiring stories of calling and mission, and passion for entrepreneurship and the principles behind meaningful success and personal development led Lissa to serve as broadcast radio correspondent - and regular guest host - for CKDO’s Small Business Big Ideas Show on AM1580 and 107.7FM beginning 2003. It was during conversation with such notables as Jack Canfield, Marci Schimoff, Dr. Lance Secretan, Byron Katie, Dr. William Ury, Debbie Ford, Daniel Pink, Carl Honore, Stewart Emery & Mark Thompson (just to name a few), she and Randy first began to put the pieces of the True Callings puzzle together. In full-time practice together since 2001, these soul-mates are renown for their revolutionary True Callings Compass Process™ (and their blogging podcast, The View From The Deck). They share her cottage home on the sunny, south-eastern shores of Lake Huron, where they’re penning their 2nd book Radical Awakenings.
