Threading The Needle

Believe it or not, your ego is the greatest ally for discovering the freedom and happiness that you are. Threading the needle is turning your attention to the source of the sense or feeling 'I am me' which is the essence of your ego. In fact your ego originates from the single pronoun 'I' the primal thought and origin of what is known as ego. Once your turn your attention to the source of this 'I' inside of you, your ego transforms from a barrier into a gateway of freedom. Truly, if you want freedom the ego is your greatest ally.
