The public was told that due to the terrorist attacks of 9/11 the government had to directly control airport security. Prior to 9/11 airport security was handled by private companies. What has the TSA done? Why has the TSA done what they've done? What is being planned, or what additional powers will the TSA gain? Finally are we now safer?
