True forgiveness has little to do with words, it's more of a heart condition. There is an old saying, "actions speak louder than words"; this is true when we choose to forgive. You must have an attitude of forgiveness; don't just say I forgive you; show them they are forgiven. Much like happiness and salvation, forgiveness is also a choice.
